Brad Blackburn, CFP®
Brad feels fortunate to do the work that he does. He continues to be fascinated by economics and the markets and more importantly, enjoys working with clients. Working through each client’s unique situation is interesting and rewarding.
Brad’s industry experience goes back to the year 2000. Between the dot-com bubble, the market’s reaction to 9/11, a real-estate bubble, a financial crisis, two wars, two recessions, two strong market recoveries, and a global pandemic and corresponding economic shutdown… it has been quite a time to gain experience.
In addition to being knowledgeable about each client’s situation, Brad works hard to be knowledgeable on current events in the markets and the economy. Writing, in addition to being a creative outlet, helps him to do that. He’s proud to produce Financial Wanderings, our monthly newsletter as well as regular columns in the Wenatchee Business Journal, The Cashmere Record and the Leavenworth Echo.
Brad has a wonderful wife and son that are the center of everything he does. He’s blessed to live in an area of amazing natural beauty where he spends most of his free time exploring.

Stephen G. Allen, CWS ®
For nearly 20 years, Steve has built his practice assisting clients with their financial affairs at a truly integrated service level, including investment strategy, reduction of tax losses and efficient estate planning. Whether we help you build a financial team, or work with your current tax and legal professionals, our primary goal focuses on achieving the financial goals you choose, and if possible, with less risk.
Steve began his financial services career specializing in financial planning for independent physicians and dentists. Over time, Steve realized that prudent, straight forward and honest planning for the “wealthy” should be available to anyone, AND at a reasonable cost! Steve continues to focus his career on helping clients navigate their way through the ever-changing maze of finance and tax planning.
Born and raised in Washington, Steve earned a BA in Business at Washington State University and while in Pullman, met his “wife to be,” Shannon. Together, they and their three children have lived in the Leavenworth area for the past 22 years. Two Huskies and a Coug (the favorite!) later, Steve and Shannon have been blessed with a true “House Divided” and are both very active in their children’s and now grandchildren’s lives. When not working directly with people, Steve enjoys remodeling and renovation projects around the house and spending as much time possible, outside in the fresh mountain air.
In 2009, Steve earned the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation from the Cannon Financial Institute. The year–long program focuses on achieving significant levels of mastery and business growth by integrating financial advice competency with the ability to deliver expertise from multiple real-world perspectives.
